The picture is from vyasarpadi jeva railway station, chennai. Derbis of accidental train compartment which happened last year. Head on collistion between a goods rail and local passenger. Not removed from the location still!
NOTE:Don't mind the person standing centre of the picture. See the rail compartment behind him.
